Flexible Payment Structures – Tropicalia Villas

1. Deposit - 10%

Secure your villa with an initial deposit to confirm your investment.

2. Upon Notary Signing - 25% Payment

Pay 25% of the total price upon signing the contract at the notary.

3. At 40% Construction - 20% Payment

Once construction reaches 40% completion, an additional 20% is due.

4. At 70% Construction - 20% Payment

Another 20% payment is required when the construction progresses to 70% completion.

5. At 90% Construction - 15% Payment

As the construction nears 90% completion, pay 15% of the remaining balance.

6. Final Payment - 10% Payment

The remaining 10% balance is due upon final completion of your villa.
